• Not an individual who has been suspended or banned from our platform previously.

Fortuna33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your ID, proof of address, and payment method details. Fund withdrawals will only be processed after KYC verification has been successfully completed.

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at fortuna33. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and freezing of funds.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Fortuna33 will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.

Fortuna33 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account for the following reasons, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Failed identity verification or false information discovered during the KYC review.
• Suspicious activity indicating potential fraud or money laundering.
• Legal compliance requirements or directives from the relevant authorities.
• Multiple account registration or bonus abuse.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all valid balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to the relevant terms.

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Actions or omissions by third parties providing support services such as payment providers.
• Losses caused by the member's own negligence in maintaining account security.

Fortuna33's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. All disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
